Episode 15—Rooted in Wisdom

The last few months, my routine felt a little fragile. Nothing dramatic — just enough disruption to make me realize how much I rely on the simple structures that ground me. In this episode, I share what studying the book of Proverbs — the book of wisdom — has been teaching me about building a life on pillars that actually hold. When Scripture says, “Wisdom has built her house; she has hewn her seven pillars,” it made me ask myself… what are mine? From my morning routine and prayer time to movement, learning, connection, and the way I nourish my body in the kitchen — I’m realizing that health isn’t built on trends. It’s built on foundations. This is a heartfelt reflection on wisdom, growth, and the daily choices that sustain peace — spiritually and physically. Maybe the goal isn’t to never feel shaken. Maybe it’s to build on something solid.
